Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup Rolled Oats
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- ¼ cup finely shredded Carrot
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup
- 1 scoop Daily Turmeric Powder
- ¾ cup Nut Milk of choice
- Toppings: pomegranate seeds, dairy free yogurt, chopped persimmons
Instructions:
- Place rolled oats, chia seeds, shredded carrot, cinnamon, nutmeg, maple syrup, Daily Turmeric, and nut milk of choice in a glass jar. Place lid on jar and shake to combine. Place in the fridge overnight, or up to 3 days, this allows for the oats cell walls to break down making the nutrients more absorbable and easily digested.
- When ready to eat place in a small pot over the stove and heat covered over medium low for about 10 minutes, stirring so that the bottom does not burn. You can also heat these in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
- Empty in to a bowl and add toppings before digging in.
